We are seeking Customer Service Representative with minimum one year veterinary hospital experience required. This position streamlines the client flow to provide every client and patient with compassionate and personal care, working with the doctor to ensure that clients’ questions are answered and concerns are addressed before they leave the hospital. Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude when dealing with pet owners, management, and staff. Experience with medical record keeping using veterinary software, labeling and dispensing of veterinary products, animal diseases, veterinary terminology, pharmaceutical and nutritional products and basic animal handling and restraint are ideal. Avimark software experience is a bonus.
